We are helping a HR Company to recruit RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (DUTCH SPEAKER), Full Remote.
It’s a permanent position, hired by the HR Company, we just help them in the recruitment process. The salary range it could be 30.000 – 35.000 euros gross per year depending on the experience.

What you’ll do:
This is not your typical recruitment job. Rather than actively sourcing 24/7, your main aim is to be the pivotal player between the candidates and the clients, using their very own platform. Your responsibilities entail but are not limited to:
-Coordinating all aspects of the talent on-boarding to the talent pool (including helping to create profiles, answering questions, assisting with pool allocation, following up on candidates, etc.)
-Providing a high-quality experience for every candidate from first contact to hire.
-Aligning with various clients on their needs and demands and communicating this back effectively. In addition, maintain a good relationship with the clients and work together in tandem.
-Discuss possible improvements to the platform within their team and share your own insights and ideas.
-While active sourcing plays a minor part in your day-to-day, they always encourage to actively be on the lookout of new creative means to attract good candidates.
-Other ad hoc projects as required.
What you should bring in
-You have a strong command of Dutch (preferable Native Speaker) and English. If you are not Dutch native speaker, but you are proficiency in both Dutch and German is OK.
-At least one to two years of recruiting experience.
-You possess strong communication skills and exhibit confidence when interacting with talents and clients.
